Yikes, I've been a slacker

Boy, am I a slacker. I can't believe it has been a month since I have written. We are doing great, just plugging along. Drake is as cute as ever and just as mild as anything. What a breath of fresh air compared to the drama of girlie girlies. I love my girls to pieces, but they sure can be a handful of emotional drama sometimes. I am really enjoying the mild temper of this little guy. I'll need his help to even out this family, especially with the teenage years right around the corner. We will be blessing baby Drake next Sunday. It will be crazy to have a bunch of folks in town for the blessing, but it should be a lot of fun as well.

The second picture is of Gabrielle's new smile. We were at Olive Garden celebrating the girls' report cards (both got straight A's except for one C from Madison in Math). Gabrielle was playing with the napkin in her mouth and pulled, yanking out her bottom tooth in the process. I didn't even know it was loose. I guess she had been wiggling it a little bit. It was a surprise to see it, along with a bunch of blood where it used to be until we could get it cleaned up. Now she looks like she got in a fight with Chuck Norris. Pretty funny stuff.
